ABS ELECTRODE PLACEMENT

Securely snap pods onto electrodes.

First thing you might want to do is flex your abs so it’s easier to locate the muscle group. Next, place the 2.75” x 2.75” pads along the left and right sides of the abdomen. Be sure your pads run from top to bottom, not across the middle of the abs.

PLEASE NOTE:

You must have the electrodes and receiver pods placed on the skin.
