ERECTOR SPINALIS ELECTRODE PLACEMENT
Securely snap pods onto electrodes.
You will want to use four of the 2.75” x 2.75” pads. Place the pads on either side of the spine on the lower section of the back. Be sure not to place electrodes on the spine as that may cause serious discomfort.
PLEASE NOTE:
You must have the electrodes and receiver pods placed on the skin.
