TRAPEZIUS ELECTRODE PLACEMENT
Securely snap pods onto electrodes.
To find the correct placement spot, find the hip joint and move down the back an inch. Next, place the 2.75” x 2.75” electrodes across the back of the glute spanning as much of the muscle as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
You must have the electrodes and receiver pods placed on the skin.
